Currently, he’s drinks editor for Vogue Entertaining + Travel, has a weekly column in the Sydney Morning Herald and writes books. His most recent work is a cookbook called The Pig, the Olive and the Squid (Murdoch Books).

Before that Judy spent three years as editor of Australian Gourmet Traveller and was founding editor of Australian Table Magazine. Prior to joining ACP, Judy worked on a varied range of magazine titles such as Mode Magazine which she founded and co-published. She has also published and edited a number of books including Australasian Ingredients and wrote and edited Banc Book, winner of the silver IACP (Institute of Culinary Professionals) International Award in 2000.

Nick Stock is one of Australia’s most prolific wine writers. As editor of the Penguin Good Australia Wine Guide, contributor to a wide range of magazines, newspaper columnist and TV presenter, he spends far too little time at home to own a dog, but lives vicariously through regular encounters with wine dogs the world over.
